What is AMAYA LEGWEAR Shipping Policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from AMAYA LEGWEAR in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your first order with AMAYA LEGWEAR, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 999* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 149 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 999.

  1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
  2. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on AMAYA LEGWEAR Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Amaya Legwear believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed for shipping.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, either you can exchange or we will cheerfully issue a full refund.
  • To request a refund, simply mail us at care@amayalegwear.com with your purchase details within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds will be processed within 21 days period.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 07 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. AMAYA LEGWEAR is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the as specified at the time of Order. AMAYA LEGWEAR is proud to use E-Billing Solutions Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
